I know it's not usually a good idea to upload fanart, but I'm pretty happy about this render sketch (done while waiting for our short film to render), so I'm uploading it anyway.

Some water color sketches from a warm Sunday
Though you always have some artistic freedom, I was actually so lucky that there were two kids in bright pink playing on the roots of the tree while I was painting, so I could just paint things as they were, and the colors were still really interesting.
This one is much more purple after it has dried and I did paint it sitting in the shade, so I somehow just saw it being more blue when i painted, weirdly enough.
I haven't done much water color before, so I'm quite happy with them :D

Color class
We had a week of color practice in school, and I really enjoyed it, actually, though I have always failed when working with acrylics. We painted a lot of monkeys, so here you have one of them. The 3 pictures with a cup represent a cup through the day; conveying both a story and an understandible setting seen through colors and value
Sketches and other things
These are some sketches I did both inside and outside of school since christmas. We have been working on some more Photo shop, so I wanted to play with it a bit with the one with the guy reading

I always find sketches way more inspiring than finished work, so I'll keep posting them, when I have them scanned. These are from the fall '10 -apart from the girl by the fence; she's a couple of years old
